Delete your DUNYT account

You can permanently delete your DUNYT account and personal information at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open DUNYT and sign in.
Open the menu and go to Settings.
Choose Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Deletion starts right away and you are signed out on every device. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you can't use the app, email support@dunyt.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my DUNYT account". We will confirm the request is yours and complete it within [30] days.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, photo, bio, city, trades, languages, rates and availability
Phone number, street address, birthdate and sex
Messages and photos you sent, reviews and community posts you wrote
Saved helpers, crews you own, settings and preferences
Your sign-in, so the account can't be used again

What is kept

Work and payment records you shared with other people (dates, hours, amounts and confirmations) are kept so their records stay accurate. They are shown as "Deleted account" and are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
