Common questions
I didn't get my confirmation code. Check your spam folder, then tap "Resend code" in the app. Codes expire after one hour.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter the code we email you to choose a new password.
Someone is bothering me. Open their profile and block them; they can no longer message you or find you in search. Then tell us at support@dunyt.app.
How do payments work? DUNYT does not process payments. Employers pay Helpers directly, and either side can mark a payment as paid or received to keep records in sync.
